The Patio is a former sheep barn dating from the 18th century, with its large fireplace, drinking trough and hayrack now preserved and renovated. Enjoy the warm summer days and listen to the singing of the cicadas on the Patio's shaded terrace or in its flower-filled garden. Chef Jean-Pierre Côte was trained in the kitchens of some of France's most renowned restaurants: La Cabro d'Or (Les Baux de Provence), Alexandre (Garons) and the Château d'Artigny (Tours), amongst others.

Provence, with its dry, arid landscapes, is brimming over with wonderful foods that make it a real culinary paradise, with a vast array of high-quality produce.

Some of our specialities include:
Confit of rabbit legs with olive oil from the Vallée des Baux, Shoulder of lamb with potatoes and thyme, and Fillet of scorpion fish served with a lemon and butter sauce flavoured with pistou.  All served in an authentic décor, where rustic style rubs shoulders with modern design, dark wooden furniture contrasts with paintings by contemporary artists and original hexagonal floor tiles set off the yellow table linen: a very special place, and a real treat for your taste buds.
